My name is Frank Barriera Jr., I have extensive experience in healthcare operations for over 15 years. I am trained in administrative oversight, revenue cycle management, and system optimization, working closely with multi-specialty health organizations to improve efficiency, strengthen financial performance, and support high-quality patient care. I am known for my "sleeves up" approach and practical problem-solving, I partner with practices to implement sustainable operational improvements that drive measurable results.
Outside of my professional work, I am actively involved in our community. Some of my hobbies include; playing softball, volunteering at local community events, attending local automotive events, theater and piano.
My passion for teamwork, community engagement, and performance—both in business and in life—reflects the same principles I will bring to helping healthcare practices operate at their highest level.
